沈阳市水生态环境安全评价指标体系研究 被引量:12

摘要 在探讨水生态环境安全内涵的基础上,以沈阳市为例,采用定性与定量相结合的方法通过指标的初选、筛选与优化和最终确定三个阶段,构建了1个目标层、4个准则层和20个具体指标的水生态环境安全评价指标体系,并对指标的具体含义进行了注解。该体系既考虑了社会经济发展的需要,又考虑了水生态环境的健康,对沈阳市水生态环境安全评价具有指导意义。 Based on studying the meaning of water eco-environment safety,taking Shenyang City for an example,combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis is used to establish safety evaluation index system of water eco-environment by three stages of primary selection,screening optimization and final determination,which is composed of an objective-layer,4 rule-layer and 20 index-layer.And then the meanings of indexes are interpreted.This system takes into consideration the demand of social economic development as well as the health of water eco-environment,which has guided meaning to water eco-environment safety evaluation of Shenyang City.
