水环境可恢复性定义及其评价指标初步研究

Preliminary Study on Definition of Water Environmental Restorability and Its Assessment Index

针对目前水环境可恢复性的研究尚处于初步阶段及对可恢复性的定义与评价指标的研究均不够深入的问题,基于国内外对水环境及其可恢复性的研究,提出了水环境可恢复性的概念,基于水环境的水资源量、水体纳污能力、水体自净能力及环境治理水平,构建了水环境可恢复性评价指标体系,对评价水环境的退化程度、合理开发利用水资源、实现水资源的可持续利用具有重要意义。

Currently,research on water environmental restorability is still in initial phase,and the definition and assessment indexes have not been given enough attention.This paper proposes a definition of water environmental restorability based on the advanced research on restorability in home and abroad.Water resources,acceptance of pollutants,self-purification and water environmental treatments are taken into account in establishing restorability indicators,which plays important roles in evaluating the degree of the deterioration of water environment and realizing the rational utilization and sustainable development of water resource.
