摘要
针对降雨量的控制性指标是山洪灾害气象预报预警与制定综合防治规划方案的关键依据问题,基于山洪防治区的实际情况,结合单站临界雨量法和P-Ⅲ型频率分析法,提出了雨量预警指标的确定方法,并以临朐县山洪灾害防治典型区为例,给出了预警雨量和转移雨量建议值,运用ArcGIS软件绘出了预警雨量和转移雨量等值线图,为山洪灾害气象预报预警提供了依据。
The rainfall controlling index is the key factor for torrential flood meteorological forecast and comprehensive prevention planning.According to the actual situation in the torrential flood prevention areas,a determination method for the rainfall warning indexes is proposed by combining the single station critical rainfall method and P-Ⅲ frequency analysis method.Taking Linqu County in Shandong Province for an example,the values of warning rainfall and transfer rainfall have been given and its isoline are plotted with ArcGIS software,which provides scientific basis for preventing meteorological forecasting of torrential flood disaster.
