摘要
针对河南省引黄灌区的现状,提出了引黄调蓄工程建设的必要性,以鄢陵县引黄调蓄工程为例分析了其工程规模确定过程,提出了引水过程的确定是调蓄工程规模确定的关键环节,并结合工程特点探讨了引水过程确定的关键因素,对促进区域经济社会及生态环境的可持续发展具有重要意义。
According to the current condition of Yellow River irrigation district in Henan Province,the necessity of diversion and storage project of Yellow River is given.Taking the diversion and storage project of Yellow River in Yanling City for an example,determination of the water diversion process is the key link for scale control of storage project.Then the key factors of diversion process are analyzed according to the project characteristics.Thus,it is of great importance to sustainable development of regional economic society and ecological environment.
