摘要
对琅琊山水电站蜗壳层进行了热态相似模型试验研究,采用相似理论和热量阿基米德相似准则数确定了模型的相应比例尺,基于蜗壳层不同进风方式探讨了不同送风温度(自然风或空调风)和接力风机启闭对蜗壳层工作区无因次风速和模型温度的影响;基于接力风机的不同安放位置探讨了蜗壳层工作区温度场的分布。试验结果表明,在送空调风、埋管引风机和接力风机均开启时,蜗壳层工作区的气流均匀,风速满足要求,能有效降低工作区的温度;接力风机的安放位置可根据实际情况而定。
The thermal state similarity model test of spiral case for Langyashan Hydropower Station is studied.The similarity theory and heat Archimedes similarity number are applied to determine the corresponding scales of experimental models.Based on the different ventilation mode,the influence of different temperature(natural or air conditioning cold wind) and induced draft fan start or stop on dimensionless air velocity and model temperature are discussed.And then the distribution of temperature field for spiral case is discussed in terms of different position of ventilator.The test results show that the air flow is uniform and the wind velocity meets the requirements when the air conditioning cold is supplied and all ventilators are working,which the temperature is effectively reduced;the placement of the ventilator can be set according to the actual situation.
