基于粗糙集的电网项目造价控制关键因素识别

Key Factors Recognition of Cost Control for Grid Projects Based on Rough Set

针对当前我国电网项目存在工程造价失控的现状,将粗糙集理论应用于对电网项目造价控制的关键因素识别。算例分析结果表明,该方法能很好地处理模糊性问题,可快速、有效地识别出影响造价控制的关键因素,可有重点、有针对性的控制工程造价,从而降低并规避工程造价的失控风险。

According to the current status which construction cost in China＇s power grid projects is out of control,rough set theory is applied to identify the key factors for control of power grid projects cost.An example results show that the method can handle ambiguity effectively,identify the key factors influencing cost control quickly and control construction cost.Thus,it can reduce and avoid the risk of construction cost.
