摘要
运用精确控制库存检查和车辆调度,实现了动态的供应链配送系统。整合供应链库存控制策略与车辆调度规划,建立移动供应链实时调度模型。该模型针对随机需求下的零售商最优订货,实现在途库存动态配送。在决策模型的基础上,设计协同进化遗传算法,解决模型组合优化过程中的约束满足问题。计算机仿真结果表明,实时调度模型可以有效降低整体供应链运行费用。
The dynamic supply chain distribution system is researched by accurate control of inventory checking and vehicle scheduling.The supply chain dynamic scheduling model is formulated based on the integration of the supply chain inventory policy and vehicle routing plan in order to fulfill the optimization of the order quantity and the on-the-way inventory of the random demand of retailers.Based on the scheduling model,a co-evolutionary genetic algorithm is proposed to resolve the constraint satisfaction problem in combinatorial optimization.Simulation results show that the dynamic scheduling model can decrease the total running cost of a supply chain.
