为推广环境最佳可行性技术,在设计水污染防治技术元数据标准和环境技术评估元数据标准的基础之上,构建了基于元数据的国家水污染防治技术共享中心,并详细阐述了技术共享的机制和元数据查询与技术实体调用方式。

To popularize the environmental best available techniques, we design both the metadata standard of China pollution eontrol and prevention teehnologies and the metadata standard of China environmental technology verification, then establish the metadata-based national sharing platform for water pollution control and prevention technologies and focus our discussion on the process of sharing, searching and invoking the wanted technologies.
