春风油田排601区块浅层超稠油HDNS技术先导试验效果评价 被引量:24

摘要 准噶尔盆地西缘春风油田排601区块属于浅层超稠油,由于原油黏度高、埋藏浅、地层温度低、天然能量不足,油藏流体不具有流动性。常规试油无产能,直井热采低产,水平井热采获得工业油流。经过综合研究,决定采用HDNS(水平井+降黏药剂+氮气+注蒸汽)技术。通过物理模拟开展了HDNS机理研究,利用数值模拟和油藏工程方法优化了各项技术参数。2010年进行了HDNS技术开发先导试验,已投产的57口产能井均获得了工业油流,经济效益显著,说明HDNS技术是开采浅层超稠油的有效技术。 The Pai 601 block in the Chunfeng oilfield of the western Junggar Basin holds shallow ultra-heavy oil,which is immobile in reservoir due to high viscosity,shallow burial depth,low formation temperature and insufficient natural energy.Conventional production test got no productivity,vertical well thermal production was low,and horizontal well thermal production obtained commercial oil flow.It has been decided through comprehensive study to apply HDNS(horizontal well + dissolver + nitrogen + steam stimulation) technology.HDNS mechanism is studied through physical simulation,and technical parameters are optimized through numerical simulation and reservoir engineering method.In 2010,HDNS pilot tests have been carried out in 57 wells;all the wells have received commercial oil flow,manifesting the effectiveness of HDNS technology for producing shallow ultra-heavy oil.
