卡介菌多糖核酸对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者免疫功能的影响 被引量:7

Effect of BCG Polysaccharides Nucleic Acid on Immunologic Function in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

摘要 目的:探讨卡介菌多糖核酸对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者免疫功能的影响。方法:将60例缓解期COPD患者随机分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。治疗组除常规治疗外加用卡介菌多糖核酸0.35mg·mL-1,肌肉注射,每周3次;对照组只接受常规治疗。2组患者均观察1个月,于治疗前、后测定T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)、NK细胞和B淋巴细胞。结果:治疗组治疗后较治疗前比较,CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、B淋巴细胞均明显升高(P<0.05),CD8+明显下降(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、B淋巴细胞较对照组均升高(P<0.05),CD8+较对照组下降(P<0.05)。结论:卡介菌多糖核酸可以增强COPD患者的细胞免疫功能,对体液免疫也可能有一定影响,在COPD的防治中具有重要意义。 OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of PSN polysaccharides nucleic acid on immunologic function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).METHODS:60 COPD patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,COPD treatment group(n=30) and COPD control group(n=30).COPD treatment group received BCG-PSN polysaccharides nucleic acid(0.35 mg·mL-1 intramuscular injection,3 times a week) and conventional therapy while COPD control group only received conventional therapy.The patients in 2 groups were followed up for 1 month.T lymphocyte subpopulation(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+),NK and B lymphocyte percentages were determined before and after treatment.RESULTS:After treatment,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and B lymphocyte in COPD treatment group were significantly increased(P0.05),while CD8+ were decreased(P0.05).CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and B lymphocyte in COPD treatment group were higher than COPD control group(P0.05) while CD8+ were decreased(P0.05).CONCLUSION:BCG-PSN can improve immunity in patients with COPD.It is of significance in the prevention and treatment of COPD.
