摘要 目的探讨小组合作学习法在内科护理学见习中的应用效果。方法将2008级护理专业本科生158人随机分为对照组(80人)和观察组(78人),观察组采取以小组为单位、团队合作的小组合作学习法教学,对照组采用传统教学法。见习结束后,进行相关疾病的护理病历书写考核及专科理论知识考试,并自制见习评价表调查学习效果。结果观察组护理病历书写成绩、专科理论考试成绩及对见习效果评价结果显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);两组内科护理学课程期末考核总成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内科护理学临床见习中应用小组合作学习法可提高内科护理学见习效果和护理病历书写能力,有利于培养护生的团结协作精神和人际沟通能力。 Objective To evaluate the effect of cooperative team learning in internal medicine nursing probation.Methods Totally,158 undergraduate nursing students admitted in 2008 were randomized into a control group(n=80) and an observation group(n=78).We introduced cooperative team learning method into the observation group,who were divided into several teams,practiced and cooperated in teams.As for the control group,we adopted traditional teaching mode.After the probation,both of the groups were tested by writing nursing records of patients with a specific disease and by specialty theory examination.A self-designed probation evaluation questionnaire was also utilized to assess learning effects. Results The observation group scored significantly higher than the control group in terms of nursing records and specialty theory examination;they also had better appraisal of probation(P0.05,P0.01).The two groups had significantly different scores of final examination of internal medicine(P0.05).Conclusion With cooperative team learning method,students′ probation effect and nursing records writing skills can be improved.Meanwhile,it also fosters students′ cooperation spirit and communication ability.
