乙肝病毒肝源细胞培养模型的研究进展

Progress of cell culture models using hepatocytes infected with the hepatitis B virus

乙型肝炎病毒感染可以引发慢性病毒性肝炎、肝炎肝硬化,甚至是肝细胞癌。全球约有3.5亿人感染慢性乙型肝炎病毒。随着分子生物学和细胞培养技术在乙肝病毒研究中的发展与应用,研究者们建立起了多种细胞模型。本文简要综述肝源细胞模型在乙型肝炎病毒研究中的应用进展。

Infection with hepatitis B virus can cause chronic viral hepatitis,liver cirrhosis,and even hepatocellular carcinoma.About 350 million people are infected with the chronic hepatitis B virus around the world.With the development and use of molecular biology and cell culture techniques and advances in research,researchers have developed models of hepatitis B virus infection.This review describes advances in the study of the hepatitis B virus in hepatocyte models.
