健肝口服溶液中绿原酸质量浓度的测定

Determination of Chlorogenic Acid of Jian'gan Oral Solutions by HPLC

目的:建立健肝口服溶液中绿原酸质量浓度的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱条件:Diamonsil-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(20:80);流速:0.8ml/min;检测波长:336nm;柱温:30℃。结果:绿原酸质量浓度在9.43～188.60μg/mL范围内,其吸收峰面积响应值(A)与质量浓度(μg/mL)呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),平均加样回收率为100.10%,RSD为0.53%。结论:HPLC法测定健肝口服溶液中绿原酸质量浓度的方法快速简便,重现性好,适用于健肝口服溶液的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a method for determination the content of Chlorogenic acid in Jian＇gan oral solutions. Methods： The chlorogenic acid was determined by Diamonsil-C18 column（250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm）, using acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid （20：80） as the mobile phase at a low rate of 0.8 mL/min. The detected wavelength was 336 nm, and the column temperature was 30℃. Results： The linear range of chlorogenic acid content was 9.03- 180.60μg/mL（r=0.999 5, n=7）.The average recovery rate was 100.10%, and RSD was 0.53%（n=6）. Conclusion： This assay method is fast, convenient and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of Jian＇gan oral solution.
