化机浆过氧化氢漂白过程中稳定剂的作用 被引量:2

摘要 本论文主要从过氧化氢分解角度对过氧化氢稳定剂的适宜用量进行了探讨,使用正交试验设计对三种漂白助剂在机械浆过氧化氢漂白中的作用进行了比较,同时对DTPA预处理对过氧化氢漂白的效果进行了评价。在含有过渡金属离子的碱性过氧化氢溶液中,三种助剂适宜用量分别为:MgSO4为0.05%~0.1%,DTPA为0.1~0.5%,Na2SiO3为0.5%~3.0%。无论是在低NaOH用量水平还是高NaOH用量水平,Na2SiO3的使用效果都明显好于DTPA。两段过氧化氢漂白的正交试验表明,在影响机械浆过氧化氢漂白的三种助剂中,Na2SiO3是最显著的影响因素,其次是DTPA,最不显著的影响因素是MgSO4。对机械浆进行DTPA预处理可以改善过氧化氢漂白效果,增加残余过氧化氢和降低浆料的返黄值。DTPA预处理的适宜使用量以0.3%~0.5%为宜。
