论学者在机构库建设中的作用与管理

Discussing the Role and Management of Scholars in the Construction of Institutional Repository

目前机构库建设的两大核心问题是学者支持度不够与知识产权问题,但两个问题的归结点只有一个,那就是学者。论文从理论上分析了学者与机构库建设的关系,分析了目前机构库建设得不到学者支持的原因,最后对如何调动学者配合机构库的建设提出了解决方案。

Presently, two core problems of constructing Institutional Repository are lacking of scholars＇ support and intellectual property issues.But the two problems is only one issue, that is scholars.This paper analyzes the relationship between scholars and Institutional Repository construction, the reason of lacking of scholars＇ support. Finally, it proposes the solutions to mobilize scholars to cooperate with the building of Institutional Repository.
