Library Legislation in China Based on Cross-border Flow of Information

随着社会、政治、经济全球化趋势的加强,各国贸易、投资、金融、移民和文化活动的交流更加密切。在全球结构的跨境信息流动中,知识信息资源共享要求我国尽快制定建立在免费和平等基础上的保障公民文化权利的图书馆法,不断完善能够和世界图书馆立法相融合、符合国际水平并具有中国特色的图书馆法律体系。

With the strengthening of social, political and economic globalization, the exchanges of trade, investment, financial, immigration and cultural activities among various countries get more closely. In the structure of cross-border flow of information, knowledge sharing of information resources ask us to make library law as soon as possible, which is on a free and equal base and can guarantee the citizens＇ cultural rights, keep improving legislation and integrate with international standards, and form the legal system of library which has Chinese characteristics.
