循环流化床锅炉脱硫效能优化

摘要 广东某电力有限公司5、6号循环流化床锅炉自投入商业运行后,脱硫方面一直存在石灰石粉耗量大的问题,且脱硫设备运行中调整控制困难,经常会造成SO_2的排放值大幅波动,不利于锅炉的安全、经济运行,导致机组发电成本增加;通过对5号循环流化床锅炉进行石灰石粉的新、旧粒度优化试验,并对锅炉脱硫设备、床温、氧量等优化调整后,大幅降低了石灰石粉的耗用量,脱硫设备稳定易控,实现了SO_2的标准排放。 Since commercial operation of Guangdong Electric Power Co,Ltd. No.5,6 circulating fluidized bed boiler, limestone consumption for desulfurization has been a big problem, and it's difficult in adjusting the operation of desulfurization equipment causing fluctuation of SO2 emissions substantially that is disadvantage of the boiler's safety, economic operation, resulted in increasing generation cost. Regarding Circulating fluidized bed No.5, through size optimization test and modulating the boiler desulfurization equipment, bed temperature and oxygen, it sharply reduced lime consumption of cement stabilized desulfurization equipment and achieved the standard SO2 emissions.
