血清中EV71型IgM抗体检测对手足口病诊断的意义 被引量：16

摘要 目的阐述酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测血清中的肠道病毒71型IgM抗体对快速诊断手足口病的意义。方法用酶联免疫法对114例临床诊断为疑似手足口患儿(发病7 d内,年龄为0～5岁之间)和258例健康人群(2007年1月以后出生)血清标本进行IgM抗体检测;同时对疑似手足口患儿的咽拭子和肛拭子进行荧光定量PCR检测。结果患儿和健康人血清中IgM抗体阳性率分别为86.84%和2.71%,对疑似手足口病人血清EV71的检出率(86.84%)高于荧光定量PCR检出率(82.46%)。结论酶联免疫法检测血清中肠道病毒71型IgM抗体灵敏度较高,且可行性强,对诊断手足口病有积极意义。
