Medical Dispute and Preventive Measures in Radiology Department

摘要 目的通过分析和研究放射科医疗纠纷的原因,提高放射科医疗纠纷的防范能力。方法回顾性分析近15年来放射科发生的63起医疗纠纷,用自制表格归纳整理数据,根据纠纷的发生时间、原因、责任人等,分别计算各自的发生率。并对其进行分析、讨论。结果 2002年以前(10年)发生26起(41.1%),2003年以后(4年)发生37起(58.9%)。引起纠纷的原因,依次为医疗质量32起(50.8%)、服务态度15起(23.8%)、收费问题10起(15.9%)、科室管理3起(4.8%)、其他3起(4.8%)。责任人依次为初级人员35起(55.6%)、中级人员15起(23.8%)、登记人员10起(15.9%)、高级人员5起(7.9%)。结论放射科医疗纠纷应以医疗质量为核心,提高医疗和诊断质量。以人为本为根本,良好的服务可以避免大多数医疗纠纷的发生。 Objective To survey the inducing factors of medical disputes and improve the capability of preventing the medical disputes in radiology department.Methods Sixty three medical disputes in the past 15 years in the radiology department of our hospital were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively.The data were processed using self-made tables.According to time,causes and responsible person,the occurrence rates of the disputes were calculated.Results Twenty six(41.1%) cases occurred in the past 10 years(from 1993 to 2002),and 37(58.9%) cases in the past 4 years(from 2003 to 2006).32 cases were caused by medical quality(50.8%),15 cases by service attitude(23.8%),10 cases by medical charges(15.9%),3 cases by administrative mistakes(4.8%),and 3 cases by other causes(4.8%).The responsible persons of the medical disputes were mainly the primary level technical personnel(35 cases,55.6%),followed by middle level technical personnel(15 cases,23.8%),register staffs(10 cases,15.9%),and senior level technical personnel(5 cases,7.9%).Conclusion To improve the medical and diagnostic level can effectively prevent the medical disputes in radiology department.Most medical dispute can be avoided by good service.
