摘要
目的探讨健康教育对老年功能性便秘(FC)患者生活质量和临床症状的影响。方法应用汉化版简明健康调查量表(SF-36)评估患者的生活质量;临床症状积分表评估90例老年FC患者的临床症状,给予健康教育、心理指导等干预,比较干预前后的评分。结果患者的SF-36各维度评分除躯体疼痛、生理功能外,其他6个维度评分与中国常模相比均明显降低,差异有统计学意义,均P<0.01。与干预前相比,除生理功能、活力维度外,患者生理职能、躯体疼痛、情感职能、精神健康、社会功能和总体健康等6个维度评分差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。干预后,老年FC患者临床症状明显改善(P<0.01)。结论综合健康教育、心理护理等在内的干预可提高老年功能性便秘患者生活质量并改善其临床症状。
Objective To explore the effect of health education on the clinical features and quality of life of ages patients with functional constipation(FC).Methods A total of 90 the aged FC patients were surveyed,SF-36 scales and Integral sheet were used to evaluated the quality of life and clinical symptom score.All the aged FC patients received the health education and mental nursing care,SF-36 and Integral sheet of clinical symptom before and after intervention were compared.Results The scores of the other 6 SF-36 dimensions except for body pain and psychological function were obviously reduced as compared with the Chinese norm(P0.01).The scores of 6 SF-36 dimensions with exception for psychological function and activity were markedly increased after intervention than before intervention(P0.05).the patients' clinical symptoms were relieved after the intervention(P0.01).Conclusion The psychological interventions such as the health education and mental nursing care can raise the quality of life and relieve the clinical symptoms in the aged FC patients.
