摘要
患者安全是医疗服务的基本指导思想,也是医疗护理质量管理的重要组成部分,唯有严格的管理和实践,才能保障患者安全。上海浦东新区人民医院自2008年起紧紧围绕患者安全目标管理的内容和要求,制定相应管理制度,并且加强培训,强化意识,创建患者安全文化,鼓励患者参与患者安全管理,建立无障碍的医疗错误报告系统和讨论沟通机制;建章立制,加强督查,抓好患者安全环节管理,注重专科护士培养,提高专科护理质量;创新服务,提升品质,追求患者安全"无缝隙"管理,畅通急诊绿色通道,发挥护理门诊作用,优化服务流程,方便患者就诊,倡导温馨服务,完善护理标识,鼓励患者参与健康教育;统筹兼顾,把握重点,实施患者安全目标管理,进一步推进优质护理服务和"三好一满意"活动的开展,持续改进护理服务质量,提升护理内涵,使患者安全得到进一步保障。
Patient safety was a basic guiding principle of medical services,was also an important part of medical quality management.Only through strict management and practice,the patient safety can be protected.Since 2008,in accordance with the contents and requirements of patient safety targeted management,appropriate management systems were developed,and training was enhanced,awareness was heightened,a culture of patient safety was created,patients to participate in safety management was encouraged,medical error reporting system accessible and discussion and communication mechanisms were established;rules and systems were applied,supervision was strengthened,security management was emphasized,specialist training for nurses was focused,and the quality of special care was improved;services were innovated,quality was improved,"seamless" management of patient safety was pursued,a green way for emergency department was provided,outpatient care was optimized,care and identification was improved,patients to participate in health education was encouraged;the key points were grasped,patient safety management implemented.To further promote quality care and "three good and one satisfactory" activities,nursing care was continuously improved,nursing instinct was enhanced,so as to protect patient safety.
