DF方案治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效观察

The Observation of Short-Term Curative Effect of DF Regimen Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的观察DF方案治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法 74例经病理证实的晚期胃癌随机分为两组,DF组(40例)和DCF组(34例),分别接受DF方案和DCF方案化疗,两组均21 d为1个周期。至少化疗2个周期后,分别观察两组的近期疗效和毒副反应。结果 DF组总有效率为47.5%,DCF组总有效率为50.0%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。DF组骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐及脱发的发生率明显低于DCF组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DF方案是治疗晚期胃癌疗效较好的方案,其疗效与DCF方案相似,但毒副反应轻。

Objective To investigate the short-term curative effect and toxicities of DF regimen chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods The 74 patients with gastric cancer were divided into two groups（40 patients in the DF group,34 patients in the DCF group）,and received the DF regimen or DCF regimen chemotherapy,21 days were one cycle.After two cycles of chemotherapy,the short-term curative effect and toxicities of the two groups were evaluated respectively.Results The response rate in the DF group was 47.5%,and was 50.0% in the DCF group,there were no significant differences between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The incidence rates of marrow depression,nausea and vomiting and alopecia in the DF group were lower than those in the DCF group,there were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion DF regimen is effective for advanced gastric cancer,its curative effect is similar to DCF regimen,and its toxicities are light.
