参芪扶正注射液配合食管癌放疗的疗效观察

The Therapeutic Observation of Shenqifuzhen Injection in Radiotherapy for Esophageal Carcinoma

目的观察参芪扶正注射液在食管癌放疗中的作用。方法将40例确诊为食管癌的患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组20例,治疗组放疗期间静脉输注参芪扶正注射液,对照组行单纯放疗。治疗前后分别检测T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞、血常规和食管钡餐造影摄片。结果治疗组的免疫功能高于对照组(P<0.05),病灶情况的改变两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组放射性食管炎较对照组减轻(P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者在放疗过程中使用参芪扶正注射液可以减少放疗的毒副反应,改善患者临床症状和提高免疫力。

Objective To explore the effect of shenqifuzhen injection in radiotherapy for esophageal cancer.Methods Forty patients were randomly divided into two groups.The 20 patients in the tested group were treated with shenqifuzheng injection in the cooperation with radiotherapy,while the others in the control group were treated with radiotherapy alone.The changes of the size of the lesion through the radiograph,blood count,T-lymphocyte subsets and NK cells before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results The immune function in the tested group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）;the change of the lesion after treatment in the tested group and the control group had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）;the radioactive esophagitis in the tested group was lighter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shenqifuzheng injection in combination with radiotherapy in treating esophageal cancer could reduce the occurrence of toxicities,improve the clinical symptoms,enhance the immune function in patients with esophageal cancer.
