摘要 目的检测急性脑梗死患者血清DJ-1水平的动态变化,探讨其对脑梗死早期的诊断价值。方法选择37例急性脑梗死患者为脑梗死组,并将同期门诊健康体检者30例作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测对照组和脑梗死组患者发病后1 2 h内、第3天和第14天血清DJ-1水平,并根据DJ 1的结果绘制ROC曲线。结果与对照组比较,脑梗死组患者血清DJ-1于发病12 h内开始升高,随时间延长呈下降趋势,第3天降到低谷,在第14天时再度反弹至高水平,检测3个时间点均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);ROC曲线,在分界值为20.26μg/L时,敏感性和特异性分别为97.3%及96.7%,ROC曲线下面积为0.995(P=0.000)。结论 DJ-1是脑梗死患者早期诊断可靠的生物学标记物。 Objective To detect the serum DJ-1 level of patients with acute cerebral infarction and investigate its value in early diagnosis of cerebral infarction. Methods Thirty-seven patients with acute cerebral infarction and 30 healthy people over the same period as control group were select ed. ELISA was used to determine serum DJ-1 level in control group and cerebral infarction group within 12 h,on the third day and the fourteen day after onset of stroke. ROC curve was drawn according to the DJ-1 level. Results Compared with the control group,serum DJ-1 level in cerebral infarction group increased within 12 h after onset of stroke, with elapse of time,it decreased, and reached the lowest on the third day, but increased again on the fourteen day. The test results at all three time points were significantly increased, the differences were significant (P = 0. 000). When the cut-off value was 20.26 μg/L, the sensitivity and specificity of ROC curve were 97.3% and 96.7% and the area under the ROC curve was 0. 995 (P = 0. 000). Conclusion DJ-1 appears to be a reliable biomarker for the early diagnosis of cerebral infarction.
