目的评估Roth直丝弓矫治器联合颌外牵引治疗处于生长发育期Ⅱ类错颌畸形的效果,以期得到对发育期Ⅱ类错颌畸形简捷有效的治疗手段。方法对18例处于生长发育期Ⅱ类错颌畸形用Roth直丝弓矫治器联合颌外牵引治疗。每位患者治疗前拍摄头颅侧位、曲面断层及手腕骨X线片。对治疗前后的①SNA,②SNB,③ANB,④OP-SN,⑤Ar-Po(下颌长度),⑥FMA进行测量,并对治疗前后测量结果进行配对t检验。结果 SNA、ANB、OP-SN等在治疗后减小差异有显着性;SNB、Ar-Po增大,差异有显着性。结论该方法有效地抑制了上颌骨向前的生长发育,明显促进了下颌的向前生长,OP平面的逆时针旋转为下颌的向前生长创造了有利的条件。Roth直丝弓矫治器联合颌外牵引是不拔牙矫治发育期Ⅱ类错颌畸形简便有效的方法之一。

Objective To assess the effect of Roth straight wire appliance joint jaw treatment in growing Ⅱ jaw deformities,in order to get effective treatment on the developmental stages of Ⅱ jaw deformities.Methods Totally 18 cases are growing Ⅱ mandible with Roth straight wire appliance joint jaw-traction therapy.Treatment of each patient before shooting head lateral,surface faults and wrist bones x-ray film.measured before and after treatment ① SNA,②SNB,③ANB,④OP-SN,⑤FMA,⑥ Ar-Po,before and after measurements were clearance paired t-test.Results For SNA,ANB,OP-SN etc in therapy were decreased,the differences were significant;The SNB,Ar-Po increased,the difference was significant.Conclusions The method effectively inhibit the maxillary growth forward,significantly contributed to the growth of the mandibular forward,OP plane counterclockwise as mandibular growth ahead of the creation of favorable conditions.Roth straight wire appliance joint jaw traction is a simple and efficient way to treat nonextraction developmental Ⅱ jaw deformities.
