氨溴索联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗AECOPD的临床观察

Clinical observation of ammonia bromine joint budesonide atomization inhalation in treatment of AECOPD

目的观察氨溴索联合布地奈德雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效。方法将70例AECOPD患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各35例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加氨溴索粉针30mg及布地奈德混悬液2mg,生理盐水稀释氧气驱动雾化吸入,每天2次;对照组在常规治疗的基础上加糜蛋白酶粉针4000单位及布地奈德混悬液2mg,生理盐水稀释氧气驱动雾化吸入,每天2次;治疗结束后分别对患者的部分临床症状、体征,实验室检查,肺功能及不良反应进行比较。结果治疗前两组各项观察指标无差异(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组在临床症状、体征,实验室检查及肺功能检测方面与对照组比较有显著好转,不良发生率低,差异且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AECOPD患者应用氨溴索联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,可明显提高疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ammonia bromine joint budesonide atomization inhalation for chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases acute exacerbation period（AECOPD）.Methods AECOPD 70 cases were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group and control group each 35 patients.The treatment group based on routine treatment 30 mg injection ammonia bromine and budesonide suspension liquid 2mg,saline diluted aerosol inhalation,driven 2 times daily;The control group based on routine treatment plus mi licensing injection 4,000 unit and budesonide suspension liquid oxygen 2mg,saline diluted aerosol inhalation,driven 2 times daily;After treatment for patients respectively compare the clinical symptoms,signs,laboratory examination,pulmonary function and adverse reaction of the comparison.Results The first two group observed before treatment without difference（P0.05）,treatment group in the clinical symptoms,signs,laboratory examination and pulmonary function testing aspects compared with controls have marked improvement,adverse incidence was low,the difference was statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusions AECOPD patients application ammonia bromine joint budesonide atomization inhalation treatment can evidently improve curative effect,worth clinical promotion.
