直接单鼻腔-蝶窦入路显微镜联合鼻内窥镜手术治疗蝶窦内占位性病变18例分析

Analysis of direct single nasal-transsphenoidal microscope combined nasal endoscopy surgical in treatment of sphenoid sinus inside space-occupying lesions in 18 cases

目的探讨直接单鼻腔-蝶窦入路显微镜联合鼻内镜手术治疗蝶窦内占位性病变的术式。方法回顾分析2006年1月至2011年1月开封市妇幼保健院采用直接单鼻腔-蝶窦入路显微镜联合鼻内镜手术治疗18例蝶窦内占位性病变的资料。结果本组患者肿瘤息肉均得以全切,囊肿均得以充分引流。无并发症。临床症状基本消失。结论直接单鼻腔-蝶窦入路显微镜联合鼻内窥镜手术治疗蝶窦内占位性病变彻底,出血少,径路短,操作简单,损伤轻微,并发症少。

Objective To explore direct single nasal-transsphenoidal microscope combined nasal endoscopic surgery sphenoid sinus inside space-occupying lesions.Methods Retrospective analysis on January 2006-2011 January we adopt direct single nasal-transsphenoidal microscope combined nasal endoscopic surgery in 18 cases sphenoid sinus space-occupying lesions of data.Results All patients were total resection of the tumor polyps,cyst eas adequate drainage.No complications.Clinical symptoms disappeared basically.Conclusions Direct single nasal-transsphenoidal microscope combined nasal endoscopic surgery for sphenoid sinus inside space-occupying lesions thoroughly,less bleeding,route short,simple operation,the damage mild,less complications.
