青光眼术后白内障不同手术方式角膜内皮细胞的变化

Changes of corneal endothelium cell density in different cataract operation after glaucoma surgery

目的探讨青光眼术后白内障不同手术方式角膜内皮细胞密度的变化。方法将58例(58眼)青光眼术后白内障患者分为两组。A组:采用透明角膜切口超声乳化术;B组:采用颞侧巩膜隧道切口非超声乳化术。分别观察两组术前及术后的角膜内皮细胞密度。结果术前角膜内皮细胞密度:A组(2231±192)个/mm2、B组(2042±141)个/mm2,二者差异无统计学意义;术后1月角膜内皮细胞密度:A组(2004±152)个/mm2、B组(1825±191)个/mm2。二者差异无统计学意义。结论两种手术方式对角膜内皮损害基本相同。

Objective To approach the changes of the corneal endothelium cell density in different cataract operation after glaucoma surgery.Methods Totally 58 cases（58 eyes） were randomly divided into two groups,patients in group A accepted transparent corneal incision phacoemulsification cataract extraction,patients in group B accepted temperal of temporalupper manual small incision cataract extraction.To observe the corneal endothelium cell density before and after cataract surgery.Results The mean corneal endothelium cell density after operation in group A and group B was（2004±152）mm2 and（1825±191）mm2,there was no significant statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusions The loss of corneal endothelium in two methods operation was identical on the whole.
