摘要皮质下动脉硬化性脑病（Subcortical arterio-sclerotic encephalopathy）是脑血管病中较常见的一种类型,又称深部白质脑梗死（deep white matterinfarction）,是一组以突然发生的局灶神经功能缺损为主的临床综合征,该病由Binswanger于1894年首先报道,故又称Binswanger病。
