Modernization of the CPC and State: Historical Conjunction and Actual Interaction

党的现代化与国家现代化密切相关,现代革命需要现代政党来领导;领导国家与社会现代化建设的政党,必须是一个现代化政党。从历史发展看,是历史选择了中国共产党,历史的"试错法"也证明了共产党能够救中国。中国共产党的诞生,是现代国家意识觉醒、民族独立、主权独立呼唤现代政党的产物;新中国成立,为我国现代化建设奠定了基础;社会主义革命与社会主义改造,为我国现代化建设指明了方向。改革开放以前,党建国家、党治国家,以党的建设、党的领导推动国家现代化建设,是我国政党建设与国家建设的突出特点。改革开放以后,党的建设与国家建设呈现出良性互动关系。当前乃至将来一段时间,党的建设要适应社会主义现代化建设的要求,从而进一步实现党的现代化。

The modernization of CPC is closely related to the modernization of the State. Modern revolution needs the lead of modern political party, and the political party leading the modernization of country and society must be a modern political party. In terms of the historical development, it was proved that the CPC had been a historical choice of modern china, and the CPC had saved this country. The birth of CPC is a result of the awakening of the modern national consciousness, national independence and sovereignty indepen- dence. The foundation of PRC had been laid a foundation for China＇s modernization, and the socialist revolution and socialist transforma- tion had been laid a foundation for socialist modernization. Before the reform and opening up, PRC is a party-building state, so the state has been ruled by the CPC and the modernization of the State has been promoted by the CPC. After the reform and opening up, the rela- tionships of modernization building between CPC and state takes on a good interaction. At present and in the future, the building of CPC should be adjusted to the socialist modernization.
