癌症患者社会支持水平的调查

Investigation on Social Support Level in Cancer Patients

目的调查癌症患者的社会支持状况,探讨提高癌症患者社会支持的护理对策。方法采用社会支持评定量表,调查分析96例住院癌症患者和92例健康人群的社会支持状况。结果癌症患者的社会支持总得分为(33.56±8.22)分,健康人群社会支持总得分为(37.15±8.38)分,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别癌症患者社会支持得分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同年龄的癌症患者的社会支持得分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士应加强业务培训,提高对社会支持的认识,并帮助癌症患者特别是老年癌症患者扩大社会支持网络,提高患者的社会支持水平,延长生存期,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the social support status of cancer patients and to explore the nursing measures for improveing social support.Methods The social support evaluation scale was used to investigate the social support status for 96 hospitalized cancer patients and 92 healthy people.Results The total support score for cancer patients was 33.56±8.22,while the score for healthy people was 37.15±8.38.The differences on the scores between the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.Significant differences on the scores of social support were observed among the cancer patients with different ages（P0.05） other than those with different genders（P0.05）.Conclusion We should strengthen the professional training of nurses as well as improve their awareness for the importance of social support,so that they can assist cancer patients,especially the elder,to widen their social support network,improve their social support level,prolong their lifetime and improve their life quality.
