摘要
针对某型四连杆打纬喷气织机模块化加强型墙板,利用MATLAB优化工具箱设计了六连杆打纬机构,并完成机构的大体结构设计;而后基于虚拟样机技术对该机构进行多刚体动力学分析。结果表明,设计的六连杆打纬机构较原有四连杆打纬机构具有更好的运动特性,可对生产实际中织机的老机改造提供参考。
Based on the standard rack of a type of air-jet loom,the six-bar beating-up mechanism is established with the help of MATLAB optimization toolbox,also,the detail structure of the mechanism is designed.Then,the multi-rigid body dynamic analysis is carried out on the basis of virtual prototyping technology.The results show that the motion feature of designed six-bar beating-up mechanism is better than the original four-bar mechnism.We except this paper can supply reference to the improvement for air-jet looms.
