民族地区本土型旅游管理人才培养的现状及对策研究

Study on Indigenous Tourism Management Talents Training in Ethnic Regions

近年来,我国少数民族地区的旅游产业得到了发展,为推进民族地区经济社会发展起到了巨大作用,民族地区对旅游业的发展也寄予了很高的期望。与此同时,对培养民族地区本土型旅游管理专业人才也提出了更高要求。对民族地区本土型旅游管理人才培养的现状和存在问题进行了剖析,进而分析了民族地区旅游管理人才与一般旅游管理人才之间的差异,最后提出了相应的对策和建议。

In recent years,tourism industry,such as sightseeing,eco-tourism,business tourism and outbound tourism has made a great progress in each ethnic region,which enormously promoted economy and society development of ethnic regions.Ethnic regions pay high expectations on the tourism development,so high demands are put forwards on the tourism management talents.This article analyzes the status quo and characteristics of tourism management talents training in ethnic regions,and then compares the differences between normal tourism management talents and special talents needed in ethnic regions;finally,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
