论旅游院校人才培养错位及改革策略——兼议桂林旅游教育的发展方向

On the Dislocation and Reform Strategies of Talent Training in Tourism College——as well as on the developing direction of tourism education in Guilin

从我国旅游院校人才培养的现状,分析旅游人才培养供需错位的原因,提出我国旅游教育的发展方向及改革措施;对中国历史文化名城——桂林的旅游教育进行分析,提出要培养具有国际化视野的旅游人才。

From the current situation on China＇s talent training in tourism college,the paper analyzed the reason of the dislocation on the issue of supplying and demanding of tourism talents,put forward the developing direction and reform strategies of China＇s tourism education.A case study on Guilin＇s tourism education,the paper also pointed out that it is necessary to foster tourism talents with international visions.
