摘要
珍珠属于经济学所说的高档品,其需求曲线斜率为正。但是由于战略方向不明,中国的珍珠产业已经混同于普通水产养殖业,跌进"产量规模陷阱"。强调了珍珠产业必须定位为"珍宝";分析了现行发展模式的效率损失及其成因;解剖了既有的两种对策之无效和低效;认为问题的根本解为产业形态转型,即向珍宝产业回归,按照"微笑曲线"规划产业价值链;最后,提出辩证看待产业转型可能造成的劳动力转移问题。
Pearl belongs to the category of high-end products as defined in economics, and the slope of its demand curve is upward. Due to unclear strategic development objectives, China＇s pearl industry is reduced to an ordinary aquaculture industry and has plunged into the ＂production ＆ scale trap＂. This thesis emphasizes that the pearl industry should be defined as a treasures industry. It contains an analysis of the efficiency loss and its causes that characterize the existing development model, and explains why the two countermeasures now in place are ineffective and inefficient. The thesis holds that the industry should return to its normal nature as a treasures industry, and that its industrial value chain should be remodeled according to the Smiling Curve. In the end, the thesis holds that labor shift as a possible result of the industry remodeling should be observed in a dialectic perspective.
