睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征是影响人类健康的一类重要疾病，人群中发病率较高，其不但降低患者生活质量，而且并发症可危及患者生命。缺血性脑卒中为睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征常见的并发症，而睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征亦常继发于缺血性脑卒中，两者互相影响，形成恶性循环。本文将就睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与缺血性脑卒中的关系作简要综述。

Sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome is a disease which is harmful to our health. It has a high incidence in our life,and decreases our life quality. The complications of sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome endangers life a lot. Cerebral ischemic stroke is one of the most common complications of sleep apneahypopnea syndrome, and sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome often happens after cerebral ischemic stroke. They both influence each other, forming a vicious cycle. This view will make a brief overview about the relationship between sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome and cerebral ischemic stroke.
