摘要 天津石化1号溶剂再生装置,设计处理能力310t/h,主要处理来自两套焦化液化气脱硫塔、1号焦化干气脱硫塔、2号焦化干气脱硫塔以及气体分馏装置的富液和瓦斯脱硫塔的富液。以该装置为研究对象,应用流程模拟软件,建立稳态流程模拟模型。利用此模型,对影响装置能耗的参数进行灵敏度分析,研究塔压力、热负荷、进料位置、进料温度、回流比等参数间的相互关系,并以模型为指导,以节能和经济效益最大化为目标,对装置进行优化调整:将胺液浓度由32%提高至38%,再生塔回流比(质量比)由设计值1.91降低至1.0,塔顶压力由0.12MPa降低至0.10MPa,回流温度由44.7℃提高至50℃,既保证塔顶酸性气浓度达标,贫液硫含量也能满足脱硫系统需要。通过调整优化,使再生塔的蒸汽耗量明显降低,节约蒸汽6t/h,溶剂再生装置每月节电2.5×104kW.h,每年创造经济效益771万元。 Sinopec Tianjin Petrochemical Company′s No.1 solvent regeneration unit has a processing capacity of 310t/h and is mainly used to treat rich liquids from two LPG desulfurizers,the No.1 coking dry gas desulfurizer,the No.2 coking dry gas desulfurizer,a gas fractionation unit and a methane desulfurizer.Based on this solvent regeneration unit,researchers established a static-state process simulation model using process simulation software.This model was used for sensitivity analysis for parameters that may affect the energy efficiency of the unit as well as the study on the correlations between tower pressure,heat load,feeding position,feeding temperature and reflux ratio.Also,based on this model,these researchers optimized parameters for the unit with the aim of saving energy and maximizing economic benefits.In this optimization,the concentration of amine fluid was raised to 38% from 32%,the reflux ratio(by mass fraction) of the regenerator was reduced to 1.0 from the design value of 1.91,the tower top pressure was reduced to 0.10MPa from 0.12MPa and the reflux temperature was boosted to 50℃ from 44.7℃.These measures have ensured that the concentration of acidic gas at the top of the tower meets requirements and the content of sulfur in barren solutions satisfies the need of the desulfurizing system.As a result of the optimization,the steam consumption of the regenerator dropped significantly.The unit′s steam consumption dropped by 6t/h and the solvent regeneration unit′s electricity consumption dropped by 2.5×104kW·h per month.Economic benefits from this optimization amount to 7.71 million yuan per year.
