煤炭是中国的主要能源,也是国民经济和社会发展的重要基础和保障,煤炭的大规模开发和利用带来了严重的资源和环境问题,煤炭企业做好节能减排工作意义重大。以评价指标体系的选取原则为基础,煤炭企业节能减排的评价指标体系的设计从节能降耗、污染物减排、生态保护、综合指标、人员管理、技术推广和创新研究应用等六个方面进行了创新,并运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法构建了煤炭企业节能减排模糊评价模型。

Coal not only is the main energy,but also is important foundation and protection of eeonomic and social development. Large-scale development and utilization of coal cause serious resources and environmental problems.It is of great significance for coal companies to do energy conservation.Base on the principle of evaluation index system selecting, from energy saving, pollution reduction, ecological protection, integrated indicators, personnel management, technology promotion and application of innovatil ve research, the desigtattion of evaluation of coal enterprises index system does some work, in the use of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it builds a coal enterprise energy conservation fuzzy evaluation model.
