摘要
通过对基础教育音乐新课标的分析,从新时期基础教育阶段音乐教师基本素质的改变和高师声乐教学对基础教育音乐新课标的衔接两方面进行了论述,提出了如何实现高师声乐教学与基础教育音乐新课标有效衔接的具体方法。
