高校图书馆社会化服务发展研究

Research on the development of social service of university libraries

指出当前我国高校图书馆开展社会化服务中存在的障碍与不足,提出应从制度上明确、观念上转变、服务上深入三方面促进高校图书馆社会化服务的发展,同时还要坚持量力而行、主次有序、适当有偿公益为主的原则,才能使这项利国利民利校的工作顺利发展。

This article points out the obstacles and deficiencies existing in current social services of the university libraries in China, proposes that the development of social service of university libraries should be promoted in three aspects： clarification in system, conversion in conception and intensification in service. The libraries should adopt the principles such as acting according to their capacities, differentiating what is primary and what is secondary, persisting in combing the public welfare service and the appropriately-paid services so as to guarantee the work to be smoothly carried out, which is beneficial to all, the state, the citizens and the university.
