回族的饮茶习俗与茶文化解读

The Custom of Drinking Tea and Tea Culture of the Hui Nationality

回族饮茶历史源远流长,饮茶在各地回族带有普遍性,本文对此现象,用回族茶文化概念,探索回族茶文化的差异性与共同性。首先采用文化人类学中"文化丛"研究分析方法,在民族志基础上进行资料再发现,对茶文化基本"要素"重新分类,试图建立回族茶文化的内容、特点等基本知识。然后引入现代人类学的视角,着重从茶在回族社会生活中的礼仪所包含的"无意识结构"、"默认知识"中挖掘文化"编码"的结构,分析茶的符号象征作用,并提出一些"解码"的途径,以期推动该问题的研究并对回族茶文化的产业开发提供"原生态知识"背景。

Hui Nationality has a long history of drinking tea, which custom is very popular among Hui people everywhere. About this, the essay probes into the similarities and differences of tea culture with the concept of tea culture of Hui nationality. And also on the basis of introduction to the previous custom of drinking tea, firstly, I will reclassify the basic elements of tea cuhure, trying to establish elementary knowledge about contents and characteris- tics of tea culture by using analytical methods in ＂the collection of culture＂ of cultural anthropology; then from the angle of explanation for schools of anthropology, I will mainly tap the structure of cultural coding from ＂ the unconscious structure＂ and ＂tacit knowledge＂ ,which are included in the social life and etiquette of Hui people, focus on analyzing symbolic function of code and put forward some decoding methods to promote the further research on the issue.
