摘要
以对苯二甲酸二甲酯和2,5-二氯苯胺为原料,经溶剂硝化、水解、酰氯化、缩合、还原合成了2-氨基-4-((2,5-二氯苯基)氨甲酰基)苯甲酸甲酯(MMTDCA),反应总收率达65%。考察了不同催化剂、溶剂、反应温度、摩尔比等对反应的影响。目标产物结构经IR、1H-NMR表征。
The methyl 2-amino-4-((2,5-dichlorophenyl)carbamoyl)benzoate(MMTDCA)was synthesized from dimethyl terephthalate and 2,5-dichloroaniline by nitration,hydrolyzation,acyl chlorination,condensation and reduction.The total yield of the title compound was more than 65%. The effects of catalysts,solvents,reaction temperature and ratio of reactants on the reaction were investigated and the structure of the product was characterized by IR and 1H-NMR spectra.
