经对DTⅡ-1000型带式输送机的综合评定,得出结论:DTⅡ-1000型带式输送机宽带B=1000mm,v=2.0m/s,N=2×110kW,L=530m,β=13°,Q=300t/h,满足生产要求;输送带选用1600SPVG阻燃防静电输送带,额定拉断力Sn=1.6×106N,满足强度要求。
The comprehensive evaluation on DT Ⅱ -1000 belt conveyor draws the conclusion： the belt of the conveyor （with parameters B=lOOOmm,V=2.0m/s,N=2 × 110kW,L=530m, β =13° ,Q=300t/h） satisfies the production demand; 1600SPVG fire-proofing antistatic belt is adopted and its rated breaking force （Sn=1.6 × 106N） satisfies the intensity demand.
