论工程精神

On the engineering spirit

工程精神是人们从工程活动过程及工程建构成果中凝炼和升华出来的为工程共同体及工程人自身所特有的精神风貌和精神特质,它从根本上影响着工程从业者对工程的认识、情感、意志和行为。本文首先介绍了工程精神的内涵,分析了工程精神的6个特点和6种功能;然后,从认识论层次、社会关系层次和价值观层次这三个递进的层次,重点探讨了工程精神的10个构成要素,即务实精神、创新精神、理性精神、学习精神、奉献精神、协作精神、风险精神、伦理精神、人文精神和进取精神;最后,提出了培育工程精神的若干措施。

The engineering spirit is the people condense and sublimate from the engineering active procedure and in the engineering construction achievement , and it＇s the engineering community and engineering people＇s own unique spirit and spirit ethos. It fundamentally affects the engineering practitioner＇s understanding of the project, emotion,will and behavior, this paper first describes the engineering spirit＇s content, has an alyzed the engineering spirit＇s six features and six kind of functions; then, from the epistemology level, social relations level and values level these three progressive gradually level,and discussed engineering spirit ten integrant part with emphasis, namely practical spirit,innovative spir it, rational spirit, study spirit, sacrificing spirit, spirit of collaboration, risk spirit, ethics spirit, humanism spirit and enterprising spirit ; finally, the article proposed a number of measures to cultivated the engineering spirit.
