早期负压封闭引流技术治疗软组织缺损临床研究

Vacuum sealing drainage in treating soft tissue defect

目的研究早期负压封闭引流技术治疗软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法对我院2008年3月至2010年12月收治的26例创伤后致软组织缺损或皮肤坏死患者行负压封闭引流技术治疗。结果所有病例拆除负压引流装置后，创面均见大量新鲜肉芽组织生长，行游离植皮或皮瓣移植术后伤口均能顺利愈合，未发生并发症，创面愈合良好，无明显功能障碍；5例骨折并骨外露者，复查x线片骨折愈合，无骨髓炎发生。结论负压封闭术在骨科临床应用中效果显著，转变了传统治疗软组织缺损的方式，能早期使伤口愈合，提高了治愈率，值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the vacuum sealing drainage in treating soft tissue defect. Methods Twenty -six patients who suffered from soft tissue defect were treated with the vacuum sealing drainage. Results After removing vacuum sealing drainage, a great amount of fresh granu- lation tissue can be seen in the injured area, with skin grafting, the wound can healing completely, no complication occurred. Five patients with fracture and bone exposure, fracture healing by X -ray, no osteomyelitis occurred. Conclusions The technology of vacuum sealing drainage changes the traditional method of treating soft tissue defect, it can promote the healing of wound, and is very useful for the patients.
