铣刀切入切出阶段声发射信号特征的研究 被引量:1

摘要 铣刀切入切出过程的研究对于有效监测刀具状态以及改善铣削加工具有重要的意义。研究了铣刀切入切出阶段声发射信号的特征。在正交试验的基础上,通过小波变换提取各频段信号的能量比作为特征量,分析了切削速度、进给速度和铣削深度对切入切出阶段声发射信号的影响。 The research on the cutting-in and cutting-out process of milling tool has great meaning for tool′s effective monitoring and milling process′s improvment. This paper is focused on features of acoustic emission signal during cutting-in and cutting-out process of milling tool. Based on orthogonal test, decomposed signal′s energy ratios at all frequency bands are extracted as features through the wavelet transform, and the effect of the spindle speed, the feed rate and the milling depth on cutting-in and cutting-out signal is analysed.
