摘要
针对龙门机床横梁安装调试中的难点,提出采用有限元分析和实际检测相结合的方法,得出横梁仿形加工曲线,来指导横梁加工,避免了横梁在机床安装调试过程中因精度不合而反复加修。实践证明:该方法降低了成本,提高了装配效率。
As for the hardness of the gantry frame machine tool crossbeam in the installation and debugging, a method together with finite element analysis and actual examination was put forward, and then the copying manufacture curve was got to guide manufacturing of the crossbeam. In this way, reduplicate repairing of the crossbeam as the accuracy inappropriate in the installation and debugging was avoided. The fact proves that the method could reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of the assembly.
