摘要
中国(太原)煤炭交易中心的展览中心采用大跨度螺旋形管桁架结构形式,中央区采光顶采用新型索网与索穹顶组合结构。全面介绍了展览中心工程结构设计中的关键技术问题。利用Rhinoceros曲面建模软件建立了大跨度钢结构精确的三维空间几何模型与计算模型,通过风洞试验及有限元分析方法,得到结构的等效风荷载。基于对三维地震作用、各类重力荷载、支座位移及温度作用下的结构响应,经验证结构是安全可靠的。在设计中,采用起拱滑移同步等比卸载技术有效降低了结构空间尺度,达到最佳建筑及经济效果。
The main structure of the exhibition hall of China Coal Trading Center(Taiyuan) is formed by a large-span truss system,which is composed by spirally arranged trusses.The truss system performs a spiral-up way of composing.The lightening roof in the center of the exhibition hall adopts a new type of the cable suspended dome.The key technical issues in the structural design are presented and explained in details.A precise 3D geometry modeling for structural calculation of the system is carried out by Rhinoceros software.Equivalent structural wind loads were obtained by both wind tunnel experiment and finite element analysis.The structural system is proved to be safe and reliable by the analysis results.The construction method of cambering and sliding synced unloading is applied for the purpose of reducing space of the structure,by which the best architectural and economic targets can be reached.
