摘要
介绍了传统CAD设计在信息交流上存在的问题,介绍了建筑信息系统这一新的设计理念在信息流动方面的特点,并结合北京市建筑设计研究院复杂结构研究所拟开发的空间结构建筑信息系统(SPBIM)所做的调研和程序前期规划工作,探讨了BIM在建筑领域的应用,提出空间结构建筑信息模型系统SPBIM应具有的特征:参数化、数据共享、信息的无缝对接和全周期管理等。最后提出SPBIM系统的框架及研究方向。
Problems in the traditional exchange of information through the CAD design are described,and the designing characteristics of this new building information system are introduced when information flows.Combined with spatial structure of building information modeling(SPBIM),SPBIM system reasearch and pre-planning programming for application of BIM in the building area are discussed.The feature of SPBIM contains parametrization,data share,seamless connection of information and complete period manage.The structure and research direction of SPBIM are developed.
