摘要
通过对广东地区31家火力发电厂燃料实验室开展能力比对活动,采用稳健统计法对各燃料实验室的灰分、挥发分、全硫、发热量和煤灰熔融性温度等相关特性指标进行统计,并计算其│Z│值大小,用直方图对实验室间ZB和实验室内的ZW值进行比较和显示,评估各实验室对相关项目的检测能力;同时,分析各相关指标可疑值和离群值产生的原因,提出了控制燃料实验室质量检测水平的技术改进措施。
Through the lab's performance assessment developed in 31 fuel laboratories of thermal power plant, by using robust statistical method, the correlation properties indexes in each fuel laboratory, such as ash content, volatile content, total sulfur, calorific value and melting temperature of coal ash were. analyzed. And then the |Z| value was calculated, the column diagram of ZB between laboratories trod ZW in laboratol.y were contrasted and displayed. The detectability of each laboratory to relevant items was estimated; meanwhile the causes of dubious value and outlier of each relevant index were analyzed, and the technical measures to improve quality test level in control fuel laboratory are proposed.
